Free introductory Iyengar Yoga classes this week in Cleveland Heights

The video is of B.K.S. Iyengar himself, back in 1938, and the free introductory classes are this week at Green Tara Yoga in Cleveland Heights, at Fairmount Plaza, 2450 Fairmount Blvd., at seven different times: Tuesday, December 11, 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Wednesday, December 12, 9:00 – 10:30 am, 5:15 – 6:45 pm & 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Thursday, December 13, 5:45 – 7:15 & 7:30 – 9:00 pm, and Saturday, December 15, 9:30 – 11:00 am. We’ve explained a bit before about why we think the Iyengar school of yoga is the best school of yoga (including about how certified Iyengar instructors undergo a rigorous years-long certification process), and Green Tara is unquestionably the top Iyengar Yoga studio in the Cleveland area, so if you’re at all inclined you should check it out, if not this week for the free introductory classes, then soon.

    RG3 looks like he’s been doing some Yoga, amazing he didn’t shred up every ligament in his knee on that hit.

    it’s a shame he’s going to be out this week.. would’ve been nice to see how our defense played against him.

    but good grief, if Cousins beats us.. nah, Browns bout to be 6-8 folks

      I said the same thing in my podcast last night. After watching his leg wave through the air, I can’t imagine he hasn’t done Yoga.
