I'll tread lightly here, but I just read an article about Ellsbury's offseason workout regimen for this year, knowing he was going to be a full-timer: was much heavier on yoga and stretching than on lifting. Definitely some weights, but the full package.

Raf Betancourt is a better pitcher in every way, steroids and couple homers this year notwithstanding.
